
Gregg is a Brooklyn-based tutor and special educator for students K-5 specializing in reading, writing, math and executive functioning instruction.





Subject Area Tutoring & Enrichment
Gregg has the skills and experience to build your child’s confidence in any academic subject. He will get to know your child’s strengths and interests and develop lessons catered to their individual needs. He values open communication between parents and teachers, and will get in contact with your child’s teachers and/or learning specialist to support the learning that happens at school.
Educational Consultant
Gregg brings extensive experience as an educational consultant and former CSE (Committee on Special Education) coordinator. He supports families in navigating the CSE process and advocating for appropriate services. Gregg collaborates closely with teachers, learning specialists, related-service providers, psychologists, and psychiatrists to promote academic and developmental growth. He also assists families in the school selection process and offers observations and feedback to inform neuropsychological evaluations.


Learning Disabilities
Gregg’s area of expertise is special education. He specializes in teaching reading, writing, and math to students with learning disabilities, including Specific Learning Disabilities in reading, written expression, and mathematics (Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia respectively), as well as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, Language-Processing Disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Beyond academics, Gregg is skilled in helping students develop their executive functioning abilities.
